I am a Filipina and raised in the Philippines until I was 18 when I moved to the U.S. I started cooking at the young age of 12 for my family while living in the Philippines. After I moved to the U.S. I met my husband, and soon we moved to India to start a tour business. It was in India that my love for ethnic cooking ignited. From that point on, all I have ever wanted to do is learn about the local cuisines and how to make them as authentic as possible.
