Noor is certainly very generous with her knowledge of how to cook the Nyonya Curry Laksa. She gave us very specific instructions where necessary and flexibility when possible. I felt this was rather important as doing otherwise could alter the taste. Even tho I do not like to be specific when cooking, I felt that any adjustment could be managed after in my own kitchen.

People were friendly and I would certainly go for another class if it's a dish I would like to learn and make at home.
