Learn to make a healthy South Indian staple, Dosa, paired with chutneys in the kitchen of Chef Sham.

Dosa, or Tiffin, is a staple South Indian breakfast, celebrated and widely embraced in India. It is extremely healthy and low in calories, making it a favorite dish for many. Spend 3 hours with Chef Sham to learn to make delicious varieties of Dosas from scratch, along with 2 types of chutneys, coconut and tomato.

By the end of the class, you will be given a Dosa Starter Kit, which you can immediately use to make Dosa at home all by yourself. Chef Sham will also be giving you a recipe book during the class. Bring a friend, and spread the joy!

    My friend and I did the Indian Dosa cooking class and we absolutely loved it! Not only did we learn how to cook dosa, we also got recipes to take home. The class was very homely and comfortable and the other people there were also very lovely and friendly. We could ask questions at any point during the class. The chef was especially lovely and provided us with a free passionfruit drink at the end of the class! All in all, a great experience!

    Shamini was a fantastic and knowledgeable host. Great experience learning to make dosa with no pressure and clear instructions. Fun and enjoyable, highly recommended for all novice and experienced chefs!
