Be introduced to the world of Ceylonese culinary, through the lens/hands of Chef Dyllon. He will brief you through each dish that is served, then learn to eat, the Sri Lankan way. The menu includes no-oil organic Sri Lankan spicy chicken curry served with Basmati rice/brown rice with four types of vegetable dishes of the day. This will be paired with Ceylon tea or Sri Lankan coffee. The dishes rely heavily on fresh organic vegetable available during the day, with an element of surprise each time you visit. According to Chef Dyllon, "no curry is repeated twice".
