Learn to make Nasi Lemak Serai & Chicken Rendang the traditional way

We’ll meet virtually in my kitchen and yours, I will teach you how to cook Nasi Lemak Serai with Ikan Bilis Sambal, along with Chicken Rendang. Nasi Lemak Serai is a fragrant Malay rice dish cooked in coconut milk and lemongrass, served with boiled eggs, cucumbers and sambal. The spicy sambal sauce is also integral, made with chili peppers, spices and anchovies. It will be accompanied with Chicken Rendang, a dry, creamy curry with tender meat.

If you want an authentic taste of Malaysia, this is the dish you should know. Throughout the experience, you’ll receive hands-on instruction while you taste-test all 3 dishes you can handle. You’ll be surprised by how easy (and fun!) it is to cook these at home. When we’re done, you’ll have recipes to revisit whenever you’re craving Nasi Lemak & Chicken Rendang.
